Sabet Properties is a family-owned real estate investment, development, and management firm founded in 1979 by Edward Sabetfard and Alfred Sabetfard, with offices in New York and Los Angeles. Sabet Properties is an affiliate of Sabet Group, the firm’s original operating entity, and represents the continued evolution and rebranding of the company’s real estate platform as it expands its development, investment, and management activities across multiple markets.
For more than four decades, the firm has specialized in the acquisition, development, and long-term ownership of multifamily residential properties in premier urban markets throughout the United States.
The firm owns and manages a diversified portfolio of more than 1,800 residential apartment units, including high-rise and mid-rise buildings, garden-style communities, and urban infill properties. Sabet Properties has built its reputation through a disciplined, hands-on approach to ownership, focusing on high-quality construction, thoughtful design, and careful asset management. The company continues to expand through strategic acquisitions, value-add repositioning, and ground-up development in supply-constrained, high-demand locations.
Sabet Properties is led by Edward Sabetfard and Andre Sabetfard, who direct the firm’s overall investment strategy, acquisitions, development, and asset management activities. Their responsibilities include sourcing and underwriting new opportunities, structuring complex transactions, coordinating financing, and overseeing the execution and operation of the firm’s portfolio.
Andre Sabetfard brings a multidisciplinary background spanning real estate investment, development, and legal structuring. He is actively involved in acquisitions, development, and the execution of complex transactions, including contract negotiation, entitlement and land use review, financing coordination, and risk management. As a California-licensed attorney, Andre provides in-house legal oversight for acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, and development matters, and manages internal legal affairs for the firm’s West Coast operations. His combined legal and development experience supports efficient execution, disciplined risk management, and long-term value creation across multiple markets.
